NTA UGC NET / JRF Exam 2024: Application (Out), Notification, Exam Dates, Eligibility & More

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the UGC NET online form on April 20, 2024 on the official website-ugcnet.nta.ac.in.  Those candidates who are interested in this UGC NET June 2024 Exam can apply online from 20 April 2024 to 10 May 2024. The NTA will conduct the UGC NET 2024 June cycle exam from June 16, 2024. • Passed / Appeared Master Degree in Concerned Subject with at Least Minimum 55% Marks.
• 4 Year Bachelor Degree Candidate Also Eligible.

• JRF : Maximum Age : 31 Years
• NET : No Age Limit
• Age Relaxation Extra as Per Rules

How to Fill NTA UGC NET June 2024 Online Form

1. Visit the website- ugcnet.nta.ac.in
2. Click on the ‘Application form’ link mentioned at the bottom of the home page
3. Click on the ‘New Registration’
4. Enter the required details and complete the registration
5. Fill out the complete application form
6. Upload scanned pictures of passport size photo (10-200 kb) and signature (4-30 kb). Both images should be in JPEG format
7. Pay the UGC NET application fee (Gen – INR 1,150; OBC/EWS – INR 600; SC/ST/PwD/ Transgender – INR 325)
8. Save and submit the form
9. Download the confirmation page

These prerequisites of the application needed while filling out the application form:

• Copy of Board/ University Certificate for Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, etc. 
• Identification Card
• Degree Certificate or last semester result
• Active Email ID and Mobile Number
• Four cities and choice of centres 
• Code of subject 
• Category certificate, PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned photograph and signature
